  • Do you run, or plan to run, a manufacturing or processing operation in India?

  • Do you hold a valid IEC and GST registration?

  • Do you import raw materials, components, consumables or capital goods for that operation?

  • Are your imports mainly finished goods resold without processing?

  • Are the goods imported for a solar power generation project that supplies electricity?

  • Do most of your inputs already come in duty-free under an FTA or an exemption?

  • Can a bonded area of your premises be secured to Customs requirements?
